Refund policy
In the odd case that you do not love our products, here is our policy on returns:
1. Eligible products (If found Damaged) can only be returned within 48 Hours after delivery. In case the package is received in damaged condition, please do not accept the parcel and inform us immediately by calling us at +91 7016101196
2. In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should email us at candydreamsindia@gmail.com a photo of the damaged product within 48 hours of receiving your order.
3. Given that Candy Dreams offers a customized product based on specific customer preferences, we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange of the product once the order is placed.
However, should a size issue arise we are happy to make alterations to the existing garment. To know more please read our Alteration policy.
4. Once your return has been authorized, all items returned as faulty will be inspected on receipt and we will replace a faulty item with a new one. Please make sure the product is unwashed or unused.

7. All returns are subject to the discretion of Candy Dreams.
Cancellation Policy
We do not allow for the cancellation of orders placed. We request you to shop with indulgence and patience so that the item you purchase is something you love.
Exchange Policy:
Your satisfaction is our priority. You may exchange your purchase under the following circumstances:
a. If an incorrect product has been delivered, not matching the item in your order confirmation email.
b. In the case of a genuine manufacturing defect.
If your purchase meets our exchange criteria stated above, please email us at candydreamsindia@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery OR you can contact us at +91 7016101196 with the following information:
- Order number
- Delivery address
- Specify the reason for exchange and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item as soon as the packaging has been opened.
We unfortunately will not be able to entertain emails or images sent over after 48 hours of delivery. Our policy lasts 48 hours of delivery. If 48 hours have gone by since the product has been delivered, we won’t be able to offer you an exchange.
We'd request you ensure that the product is sent back to us in its original condition and packaging with its original documents including tags, order invoice, etc.
If there is a genuine defect in the product, we're happy to exchange your product for a replacement, the same product, or a different product of the same value within 7 working days after we receive the product at our warehouse, following an inspection quality check.
All exchange courier charges to our warehouse are borne by the customer. On delivering your replacement, we will cover shipping charges in case of any manufacturing defects in the product or an incorrect product has been delivered to you.
Please note that exchanges are not applicable under the following conditions:
1. Didn't like the color, design, or material.
2. Simply a change of mind.
3. Items purchased on sale or at a discount.
4. Customized products made according to customer instructions.
Alteration Policy
In the event of a sizing issue in a product, we will be happy to make the required alterations free of charge.
The return of the garment will be the customer’s responsibility and any charges would have to be borne by the customer. However, the shipping charges once the piece is altered will be at Candy Dreams cost.
